2. The Solar & Lunar Steep

We place the whole, dried herbs into glass crocks of Organic Olive, Sunflower, or Coconut oil. These jars sit in our cottage windows for 4 to 6 weeks. During this time, the gentle warmth of the sun and the rhythm of the moon slowly draw out the plant’s full spectrum of vitamins, minerals, and healing resins.
