Teas & tinctures faq
Does this taste bad?
Herbal medicine can be 'earthy,' but that’s where the power is! If it’s too strong, you can dilute the tincture in juice or add a bit of honey to the tea. It makes the ritual much more enjoyable.
How soon will I feel the effects?
It depends! Tinctures are fast-acting (15–30 mins), while our 'tonic' teas work better over time as they nourish your system. Consistency is the secret ingredient.
